It is well constructed, "sounds" like you -- it is true to how I see you -- and should give you a good set of guidelines to align your choices and actions with moving ahead. Your MB post is decent, though a bit superficial. In other words, we were looking less for a review of whether you thought it was a good tool and experience and more an insight into how you can use what you learned to be a more effective leader in the groups with whom you worked. What traits do you possess, according to the tool, that could be leveraged to enhance your impact? You still have a Goleman post to add, so let's get that one done!
